About BiancaCare

Helping. Mostly Bianca's friends to get jobs, but also a person in need. 

We provide a warm, welcoming environment for Bianca to send her friends to work. Once successfully trapp-... er, recruited, those hand-picked friends become the Bianca Brigade™️, an elite team of caregivers providing in-home support to their pale patron so he can stay comfortable, safe, and not at all held captive for the snacks.

As a small and tight-knit team, we focus on clear communication, time-tested training, and careful caregiver-client matching. We believe good care starts with Bianca, but also character and values.

Whether the need is hands-on help with daily activities or a well-paying and meaningful job, our approach stays steady: obey Bianca, and good karma is sure to follow. We care. BiancaCare!

Who We’re Looking For

For years, we used an ever-growing wish list of qualities and characteristics to help us find the best caregivers. The system served us well but did result in the occasional disappointing mismatch. We told ourselves that there is no such thing as a perfect human being. Then, we found Bianca.  

In Bianca, a genie had escaped her lamp and granted herself as the fulfillment of a wish we didn't even know we had. Like a waving cat at a sushi shop, she brings us good fortune. Like a baby bear, she brings us laughter and joy. And like a platonic Cupid, she brings us caregivers as the ultimate matchmaker.

About Our Client

Bianca has the people, but who has the wallet? These are important questions. Who does the dirty work of management, scheduling, hiring, and HR? And, for that matter, just who does BiancaCare care for? The answer to all this is Derek. 

Though severely limited in body, he has a boundless mind, personality, and dork factor. He is smart, funny, kind, and thoughtful. He has led a rich and successful life despite his profound challenges. The emphasis is on "rich," here; he pays his team well in dollars and respect, tee hee And snacks! Oh goodness gracious, you cannot forget the snacks.
